On Sunday May 9th, they are hosting a special Seafood BBQ cooking class for the occasion, where you can work together with your Mum to learn how to take your weekend barbie from casual to gourmet. Kick off with seafood canapes and a glass of wine (or a beer) before preparing a feast of crisp-skinned fish with tangy limo mayo, moreish prawns in a chermoula marinade, and a refreshing Thai squid salad. Bookings are for groups of 2, 4 or 6 people, with each group having a dedicated fully-equipped cooking island and dining table.
